Providing compassionate and holitsic evidence-based therapy in a supportive environment.

About Me

I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work (MSW) plus licensure in 2018 from Rutgers University in New Jersey. I also specialized in Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) at the same time. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I have a passion for working with late and/or misdiagnosed Autism and ADHD clients as well as within the LGBTQIA+ communities. I like to take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy in which I believe in meeting clients where they are and adjust my approach to their individual needs. I believe my background as an Emergency Medical Technician has helped develop skills to quickly assess situations and provide compassionate care to each individual client. My job as your therapist would be to help foster a safe and supportive environment and to help guide you in developing and utilizing skills to take with you outside of the therapy room.
